For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link. Users have 15 business days to cancel the services. Requests received later than 15 business days after the original payment will not be allowed to cancelled. Money won't be refunded back to the customer for cancelled services. Only the service will be disabled/cancelled for the user.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients and users. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services user have full liberty to cancel the services. However, money won't be refunded back to the customer. Customers can drop us an email regarding the issue at contact@payoutic.com to get the issue resolved. We will try our best resolve the issues with services within our limitations. You can get free service for a limited time period or some compensation in any form (apart from money back) instead of refund, if the reason is genuine. However, this depends solely on company's discretion.
